Please note that we do not deliver orders on public holidays and weekends.

Accepted orders are shipped within the next few weekdays. 

Please check the delivery schedule of your order with the sales
department by the phone number listed on the website (your call will be forwarded to our sales consultants,
please wait for their response. We make sure that you get an answer). 

Our sales consultants will negotiate all terms of delivery with you during the order confirmation.

DELIVERY BY OUR OWN LOGISTICS SERVICE (freight forwarder/courier service)

- Free shipping for orders over RUB 5,000 (within Ekaterinburg, including Compressorny and Koltsovo districts)
 - Shipping fee of RUB 500 is charged for orders of less than RUB 5,000.
 - Shipping fee for delivery to remote districts: Sortirovka, Sem Kluchey, Shuvakish,
Shirokaya Rechka, townhouse communities from 10-00 a.m. to 5-00 p.m., is RUB 500.
 - Shipping fee for delivery after 6-00 p.m. is RUB 650.

The fees are negotiated with the sales consultant on a case-by-case basis when confirming the delivery terms.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By default, the price is calculated on the website based on the shipping fee of RUB 500,

i.e. delivery to central districts of Ekaterinburg from 10-00 a.m. to 6-00 p.m. or remote areas from 10-00 a.m. to 5-00 p.m.)

Carrying beds and mattresses to the ground floor in the houses with freight elevators is free of charge.

Starting the first floor, lifting is charged for each item:
 A RUB100 charge per floor applies to items up to 120 mm wide
 - A RUB150 charge per floor applies to items more than 120 mm wide 

Pickup

You can pick up the purchased goods yourself at 62B, Chernyakhovskogo str., litt. Р, Ekaterinburg. 

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9-00 a.m. to 5-00 p.m., no break time 

You can pay for the goods directly at the warehouse, we provide all the necessary documents.

Delivery in the Sverdlovsk region and to other regions of the Russian Federation

- Orders over RUB 5,000 are delivered by online store's transport to Revda, Pervouralsk, Berezovsky, Vekhnayaya Pyshma, Sysert, and Polevskoy. Please call our operators to learn the cost of delivery. Orders may also be delivered by a freight forwarder.
 - Delivery by freight forwarder (you may select the freight forwarder when making an order).
 - Any freight forwarder at the customer's option. Please note that the freight forwarder must have a terminal in the city of delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTICE.

- The calculator of NEGA online store calculates the cost of delivery excluding the cost of the mattress crates, excluding the cost of door-to-door delivery from one city to another (since these parameters vary in different cases). It calculates only the cost of delivery from the freight forwarder's terminal to its terminal in the selected city.  This cost will help you to choose the freight forwarder's services. You can also order delivery based on the calculation of our calculator.
- We strongly recommend ordering a crate for transportation by any freight forwarder to avoid damage to the mattress or furniture. Please be advised that our online store is not responsible for any actions of the carriers.
 - To clarify information about the cost of delivery, you can discuss the terms with the online store consultant. They will contact you after you place your order.
