1. How to place an order?

1.1. Select the relevant section with the category of products you are interested in in our catalogue.

1.2. Select the product you are interested in in this category.

1.3. Click the "Add to cart" button. Then, open the cart, fill in all necessary information in the relevant
boxes.

1.4. For express shopping (if you have decided which product you wish to buy),
click on the "Buy in one click" link.  Then fill out a short
order form.

1.5. Your order will be sent to our system for processing.

1.6. Regardless of the type of your order ("Add to cart", or "Buy in one click"),
an online store consultant will contact you within an hour (from 10-00 a.m. to 8-00 p.m. Monday to Sunday).

1.7. You can contact the consultant directly by the phone number indicated in the
header of the website (the upper part of the site, where the logo and the name of the website are located). Our consultants will be happy to advise you and help make the right choice.

1.8. Our online store consultants work from 10-00 a.m. to 8-00 p.m. Monday to Sunday. Opening hours of the online store during public holidays are posted on the website annually in advance.

1.9. You can make an order on our website at any time convenient for you. You can also request a callback or leave a message. Our consultants will contact you during working hours (clause 1.8)

2. Methods of payment:

2.1. In cash upon receipt of the goods. If you pay in cash, the forwarder will provide all the necessary accounting documents

2.2. With a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro card upon receipt of the goods. In this case, all the necessary accounting documents are provided too.

2.3. By wire transfer by the issuance of a receipt on the website and further payment at the bank. In this case, the goods are shipped and delivered only after 100% prepayment.
